- Call information. When you call our business line, an automated phone-answering assistant may answer, screen, and summarize the call. Calls may be recorded as a standard answering-service practice, and we capture details such as the caller's name, number, and reason for calling.
- Mobile number for text notifications. If our team member or owner provides a mobile number and opts in, we use it to send operational text notifications as described below.
- Website information. Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to operate and improve the site.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, schedule and perform roofing services, send operational notifications, maintain records, and operate and improve our business. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose without your consent.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, Fit Roofing may send you text messages related to our services — including operational notifications such as summaries of the calls and leads handled by our automated phone-answering assistant, and updates about your inquiry or project.
Message frequency varies — for our call-summary notifications, typically one message per screened call.
